Our blade welding department is supported by five welding machines, including two Ideal computerized models to ensure top quality welds. We back up our cutting edge equipment with the expertise to accommodate all your Sawing needs. Our band saw blade line includes both our own Private Label Band Saw Blade line and American made Simonds International Band Saw Blades. These two blade lines provide blades specifically designed to suit a wide range of sawing applications.
New Band Saw sales at Metal Sawing Technology encompass both the Trajan line of Horizontal band saws and HEM Saw Production band saws. Metal Sawing Technology has been a top HEM Saw dealer for many years and promotes the HEM Saw and Trajan Saw lines. Trajan Bandsaw Works provides 11 different models of utility and job shop band saws in manual and semi-automatic versions. HEM Saw provided over 50 models of band saws in Dual column, Pivot style, Vertical, Plate and Miter cutting models in manual, semi-automatic, fully automatic and computer controlled models. We are a distributor of band saws, band saw blades, synthetic and semi-synthetic premium sawing fluid, band saw repair/replacement parts and related sawing products. Our services include cut and welded to length bandsaw blades. We also repair, recondition, and overhaul band saw machines. Metal Sawing Techonolgy, Inc now has a complete CNC machine shop and manufactures our "Black Iron" after market replacement parts for most brands of band saws. We now produce carbide blade guides, band wheels, transmission gears and parts, vise parts and many, many other parts as well as seamless belts and bearings that fit most saws.
